I bought this software on September 24, 2010. It didn't work as expected. After contacting their support team, they couldn't get it to work via remote service either. They then asked me to send the database to them. They sent me some .pst files twice, but for the mailboxes I needed, the result wasn't good at all. From about 90% of the emails, only the headers would be present, but the mails itself were empty. I contacted them several times and then claimed under the 30 days money back guarantee. Till today (February 24, 2011) I did not get any meaningful response or my money back.
