It seems that each and every email address associated with this makers of this software are full and/or have been deleted. Still no response.

I installed this on my Windows 7 laptop and the software continues to as for the registration code on every conversion attempt. And even after putting in the code, it will only convert up to 5 min of video - acting as if it is still in trial mode. I've sent several emails to their support, but have yet to get any response.
