As we begin to close out the year, the focus has been on fixing some performance issues and tidying things up.
Performance improvements to property system that was causing long system locking issues.
Fixed some issues with postscript based files not reporting correct sizes depending on their file units. Should result in better thumbnails and QuickView imaging.
Very significant performance improvements to PDF / Postscript file reading and rendering.
Fixed potential crash in Blocked Folders dialog when removing folders.
Improved properties fetch and rendering for DSO based file formats (Office Document, Publisher, 3ds Max, Kubotek).
Fixed some image formats with files > 8 bit depth such as DICOM Medical Images.
QuickView resizing and clamping improved.
Updated recommended GhostScipt version to 10.04.0. If you want the latest recommended Ghostscript, uninstall both 32 and 64 bit versions using the Add/Remove programs control panel before updating / installing.

Fixed .PES Embroidery files that have been not working for some time.
Fixed momentarily unresponsive QuickView when background checking for updates.
Created a new "Windows Imaging Component" file format so you can add extensions to other WIC components you have installed to control them with MysticThumbs.
Updated requirements tooltip information on High Efficiency Image for more detail on possible codec solutions.
