Raw Develop: fixed issues with not recognizing certain camera bodies which were identified by both make and model

Mask: fixed issues with certain settings (e.g. Mask Paint tool) not being restored correctly after an undo.
Print command and transformation: fixed problems with auto orientation in some cases when the cropping rectangle did not cover the entire image. Added two more scale options: scale to custom width and scale to custom height. These options fix the width or height and adjust the other dimension according to the proportions of the cropping rectangle. Note that width and height refer to the (possibly) rotated image on the page.
Changed the icon in the image browser for copying selected transformations to make it different from the copy to clipboard icon at the top of the screen. A full install is required to get the new bitmap.
The yellow check marks indicating transformations are selected are now cleared when you select anything (either command or transformation) from the main menu (or click a button that indirectly activates an item in the main menu). Hopefully this will reduce the annoyance of forgetting transformations are selected when trying to make a new selection.
Favorites: added a Settings Menu to let you keep the window open after selecting a transformation. Also, the position of the window is now preserved across sessions.

Raw Develop transformation: Reworked the way lens profiles work. Picture Window now includes a copy of the LensFun database which provides information about many different lenses and camera bodies. Using this open source database you can apply distortion, vignetting and chromatic aberration corrections to raw files. While not definitive, the database is updated from time to time with new cameras and lenses. The command to create lens profiles has been removed from the File menu and old lens profiles are no longer supported. Before using the Raw Develop transformation, it is recommended that you delete the prior contents of your Lens Profiles folder, normally located at the following location: DocumentsPicture Window ProLens Profiles.
Selective Color Correction: adjusted the controls to reduce the minimum dialog box size.
Image Browser: there are now 2 buttons for show/hide thumbnails. If no images are selected, they show or hide all thumbnails. If any images are selected, only the selected ones are affected. This lets you show or hide individual thumbnails.

Fixed problems with keyboard accelerators not working in batch mode.
Continued reworking how batch processing works. Removed single step mode and added a new Process or Skip transformation you can add to provide the functionality of single step mode. Added a new Edit command to disable/enable breakpoints. Modified the Copy transformation to let you quickly switch among up to four inputs. This can also be used within a batch process to provide additional manual control of the processing workflow. See the updated help file and Batch Processing.pdf for details.
Hovering the cursor over an Image Select control thumbnail now displays the name of the associated image, if any.

When running a File Open transformation with more than one pathname, Picture Window now checks all the selected files in the list and offers to de-select any that do not exist before continuing. This avoids multiple missing file error messages when processing the batch operation.
Mirror/Rotate transformation: added batch reset to Settings menu.
File/Preferences: rearranged the controls into 2 columns so the dialog box fits better on low-resolution screens.

Mask Flood Fill: fixed problems with Ctrl-Shift Click with no pending flood fill operation. This now is treated the same as a regular click.
Batch: fixed problems with edits to transformations at breakpoints being discarded. Also fixed problems with closing Picture Window while a batch job was still open.

Crop transformation: fixed problem with Reset Cropping Rectangle in Batch Mode setting.
Level transformation: added item to Settings Menu to reset the level line on startup during batch operations, similar to the Crop transformation.
File Save As command: fixed problem with saving files that have no original pathname.

You can now override the default names of masks to help identify what the mask does. To assign a caption to a mask, right-click on the Amount mask box and enter the desired text (up to 255 characters). To revert to the default mask caption, clear the caption text. Also, when masks are listed in the candidate mask menu you get by right-clicking an Amount mask box, they are now listed by caption instead of by mask number.
Lines, Arrows, Text Tool: added to ability to place the text box at the beginning, end or middle of the line.
