· Fix bug where Timeout does not auto-start at all

· This version adds help to some newly added controls, and makes the popups display correctly in Windows 7. It also fixes an issue with the pause screen where it would make the control panel taskbar button sticky. It also adds the option to disable the automatic pause when the account is locked.
