i hva always used spybot .it's been good ,love it

I use Spybot and it found a Trojan however when I clicked for the program to fix the problems it said that it couldn't get access to the program. The trojan is Win32.Dowload.bltu Trojan C-04 and I have read others have the same problem. Can you give me any suggestions?
